A Unique Perspective.

We love older homes, and we’ve lived for decades in homes built in the 18th and 19th centuries. We also love warm homes—places that are inviting and easy to live in. So we’ve developed a passion for helping older homes adapt to modern demands, like fast wifi, renovated bathrooms, and modern appliances and lighting.

Our offerings have a nostalgic appeal and embody ease of use so guests can arrive and settle right in without worry. Our updates and technology are seamless and intuitive, with nothing to learn or do differently.

We want you to make the most of your time in Tahoe, and we work to create homes that are appealing, comfortable, and built to endure.

  • We love 20th-century architecture and enjoy its varied expressions. We aim to highlight unique architectural elements while adapting spaces to modern demands.

  • Nobody wants to cook in an actual kitchen from the 1950s. We update appliances, plumbing, lighting, and other important systems to ensure that our homes are as sustainable, user-friendly, and convenient as possible.

  • We are tech-minded and embrace new technologies that are efficient and bring joy, not frustration. So we aim to find technological solutions that feel like magic when you use them—that’s the sweet spot.

From our enterprise-grade networking equipment that can be remotely monitored to the motion-sensing light switches, we build experiences that delight and never frustrate.

  • We believe in preserving this fragile wilderness environment for future generations, so we partner with local vendors and employ green practices to conserve resources, reduce toxins and emissions, and restore the environment.
